Alesso

One of this year’s headliners, Alesso, born Alessandro Lindblad, has been in the game for a long time and we can definitely say that he’s a progressive house legend. Ranked 36th on the DJ Mag Top 100, the Swedish DJ and producer has performed at several music festivals, such as Coachella, EDC, Ultra and Tomorrowland. He has also worked with numerous international artists such as Tove Lo, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Usher and Sebastian Ingrosso and has definitely made a name for himself in the dance music industry.

2011 was without a doubt the year Alesso’s popularity finally began to rise, after the release of his collaboration with Sebastian Ingrosso Calling, and his remix of Pressure by Nadia Ali. Even though Alesso has released an impressive amount of successful songs, here is a top 3 of his greatest hist!

3 greatest hist

Calling (Lose My Mind)

This song is Alesso’s second collaboration with DJ and producer Sebastian Ingrosso. It was also featured on Swedish House Mafia’s second compilation album Until Now, released in 2012.

Years

The music video for Years, released in 2012, has now more than 30 millions views on Youtube. It’s definitely one of Alesso’s biggest vocal hit, in collaboration with American singer Matthew Koma.

If I Lose Myself

If I Lose Myself is a song originally recorded by American pop rock band OneRepublic for their studio album, Native, but was later remixed by Alesso in 2013 and nominated for a Grammy Award in the category Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical.

His performance at the Bud Light Escapade Music Festival will certainly be one to remember! Go listen to the playlist we prepared for him -> http://bit.ly/AlessoPlaylist
