To our loyal EMF Family, we can’t say thank you enough for being patient and supporting us through these unprecedented times. We have some of the highest ticket retention rates in North America and we couldn’t be prouder of that, so thank you!

As stated in our 2021 update, we cannot safely move forward with Bud Light Escapade in our original June dates, so we have made the decision to postpone the event to September 3-5, 2021.

The transfer / refund process involves multiple factors, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to go through this decision. We know you will have to consider your jobs, your friends, and other factors and commitments in your decision making, so we want to give you enough time to go through these steps.

There is also an immense amount of work in rescheduling a full festival lineup and we are working hard to reschedule as many artists as we can while completing the new September lineup. We are almost there but we want to be able to show you the Sept 2021 lineup as complete as possible prior to making your decision.

For these reasons, the transfer / refund period will go as follows.

As of FRIDAY, May 28th, you will have the following options:

 

Option 1 – Transferring your tickets to September 2021

All purchased online tickets will be valid for the new dates and there is no further action required from you. If you paid via layaway plan, you can login to your Front Gate Tickets account and complete any outstanding payments on your account.

 If in 2020 you chose to transfer your ticket to 2021, that choice will remain as your default. To request a refund, please follow the steps below.

 

Option 2 – Requesting a refund

If you wish to request a refund for your ticket purchase, you can do so by following the directions below:

Official Escapade Ticket Provider Front Gate Tickets:

1) Visit this site and log into your Front Gate Tickets account

2) Select order history under the “Your Account” tab on the top navigation bar

3) Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you wish to have refunded

4) Click on ‘Request Refund” button on the top of your order. 

If in 2020 you chose to transfer your ticket to 2021, that choice will remain as your default. To request a refund, click on ‘Cancel Request’, and then click on the ‘Request Refund’ button on the top of your order.

Official Escapade Ambassador Sales Program (Pollen):

1) Visit this site and log into your Front Gate Tickets account

2) Select order history under the “Your Account” tab on the top navigation bar

3) Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you wish to have refunded

4) Click on ‘Request Refund” button on the top of your order. 

If in 2020 you chose to transfer your ticket to 2021, that choice will remain as your default. To request a refund, click on ‘Cancel Request’, and then click on the ‘Request Refund’ button on the top of your order.

All refund requests must be completed June 18th, 2021. Refunds will be processed in as little as 30 days from when the request period closes. Requested a refund and changed your mind? Log back into your account and press “Cancel Request” before June 18th, 2021. If the original card used for purchase has expired or been updated, the refund should still be processed through the account used to purchase. No additional action is needed by the original purchaser.

This process takes time and all parties involved are working incredibly hard to expedite the process to ensure everyone who requests a refund receives it as quickly as possible. Festicket:

 If you have purchased from Festicket, you will get an email directly from them outlining the steps to request a refund. All refund requests must be done by June 18th, 2021. Refunds will be processed in as little as 30 days from when the request period closes, June 18th, 2021. Requested a refund and changed your mind? Email Festicket and cancel you refund request before June 18th, 2021.

Lyte:

If you have purchased from LYTE, you will get an email directly from them outlining the steps to request a refund. All refund requests must be done by June 18th, 2021. Refunds will be processed in as little as 30 days from when the request period closes, June 4th, 2021. Requested a refund and changed your mind? Email LYTE and cancel you refund request before June 18th, 2021.
