Use CANImmunize to show your proof of COVID-19 vaccination at Escapade

Getting started with CANImmunize

Step 1. Create an account

Click “Create an account” if you are not an existing CANImmunize user. If you already have an account, skip to Step 3.

Step 2. Verify your account

Check your inbox for an email from us. It will look similar to the one shown below, click “Verify”, to be redirected to your new CANImmunize account. If you are not redirected, go back to the main screen and login with your email and password.

Step 3. Upload your COVID-19 vaccination record

Click “New Record” to begin uploading your vaccination receipts. Once you enter your personal information, you can start adding your vaccination records. Click “Add” at the bottom right corner of your screen and then “Search for a vaccine”.

Step 4. Enter your vaccination information

Search for your vaccine i.e. Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca etc. Using your vaccination record for reference input the relevant dose information i.e. Date Received, Lot Number etc. proof of vaccination.

Step 5. Upload proof of vaccination

Click “Documents” in the Proof of Vaccination section to upload proof of your proof of vaccination.

  • If you received a paper vaccination receipt, upload a photo of the document.
  • If you received a digital vaccination receipt, upload a screenshot of the document as shown below

Need help getting back into your account?

Forgot your password? Not a problem. On the welcome screen click “Forgot your password?” and enter the email associated with your account. We will send you a link to get back into your account. Click on the link to reset your password.

What is CANImmunize and will my data be shared with anyone?

CANImmunize is a website and mobile app that gives people the power to safely store and manage their immunization records. CANImmunize is committed to the protection of personal information.  CANImmunize will not share your personal data with anyone unless you consent to it.

While picking up your bracelet or entering the Escapade dance festival, you may be asked to show Escapade staff your COVID-19 vaccine record from your CANImmunize app on your mobile device in person.  Staff will use what you share to verify your vaccination status. CANImmunize will not share any of your data with Escapade staff directly.  You are in complete control of your CANImmunize records.

Where does CANImmunize keep my data?

When you enter information into your account, the information is sent through a secure encrypted connection to the CANImmunize servers where it is also encrypted and stored.
